ACCOMMODATION

Equipped with air conditioning (only in the living room), Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dishes and cutlery, a coffee maker, and two small terraces, the property can accommodate a maximum of two people and is also equipped with sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, shampoo, and soaps based on the number of guests.

CHECK-IN:
Check-in is free and guaranteed between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm and is agreed in advance by appointment, as there is no fixed reception but by checking in in person at the house.

Please inform the property of the methods and time of arrival in Venice at least one week in advance so that we can arrange an appointment with the person who will welcome you.

Access to the property will be in person, by agreed appointment and will take place within the times specified in the announcement. In the event of unforeseen events such as flight and/or train delays and other causes of force majeure, the appointment will be recalculated at our first available time. Upon check-in, ALL guests must provide a VALID identity document (driving license is valid ONLY for Italian guests).
Early check-in is NOT guaranteed, unless the facility is available and with the sole possibility of leaving luggage.
Starting from 7:00 PM, check-in requires a supplement:
7:00 PM – 10:30 PM 35 euros,
10:30 PM – 12:00 AM 45 euros,
12:00 AM – 1:00 AM 60 euros.
1:00 AM – 1:30 AM 110 euros

1:30 AM – 2:00 AM 160 euros

ATTENTION: AFTER 2:00 AM IT WILL NO LONGER BE POSSIBLE TO ENTER THE FACILITY, EVEN IN THE EVENT OF UNFORSEEN DIFFICULTIES. Check-in will be reassigned the day after the first available availability.

At the time of booking, a form will be sent, which must be carefully filled out by all guests with their personal data and attaching identity documents which will be used for the sole purpose of online registration with the State Police and ISTAT reporting.
At the same time as inserting the documents, the rental contract and the cost summary must be signed no later than one week after your arrival.
The tourist tax will be charged with your balance. Rates vary depending on the apartment, ranging from €3 to €5 per person per night.
NB. In case of failure to comply with one of the previous points, we do not guarantee access to the facility.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out must be done no later than 10:00. It is not possible to request to leave luggage in the facility after 10:00.
PAYMENT AND CANCELATION:
We require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your reservation.
Up to 8 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is equal to the booking deposit. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the full booking amount.
HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING:
The use of heating and cooling is dictated by the national and municipal regulations in force in the current year.

The apartment is in Cannaregio, one of the most authentic and lively areas of Venice.
Very close by the main street called Strada Nuova, where you can find also many shops and restaurant it is in a very convinient position to reach Rialto, less than 10 minutes walking, and also San Marco square, a bit more far.
