Black&White is an apartment overlooking the beautiful Church of San Grisostomo, 5 minutes from the famous Rialto Bridge and is perfect for those who want to visit Venice in a strategic location and convenient to transport. Located on the third floor, it has a bright and modern living area with a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, a dining table and the living room is equipped with typical exposed beams and a very comfortable sofa; The bedroom has a comfortable and welcoming double bed, the only usable bed in the apartment. The corridor leads to the spacious bathroom with shower, bidet, and washing machine. Equipped with all the necessary services (air conditioning only in the living room, heating, plates and cutlery, moka, oven, hairdryer and washing machine) it can accommodate up to 2 people and is also provided with sheets, blankets, pillow covers, towels, shampoo and soap based on the number of guests.
The apartment is located in Cannaregio, one of the most authentic and lively areas of Venice. Very close to the main street called Strada Nuova, where you can also find many shops and restaurants, it is in a very convenient position to reach Rialto, less than 10 minutes walk, and also Piazza San Marco, a little further away.
