Only by entering the courtyard and then the classic building in which the apartment is located will you breathe an authentic Venetian atmosphere. Located on the first floor, the apartment is easily accessible by stairs although it is possible to use the elevator, which unlike most buildings in Venice, is present in this building.
As soon as you cross the threshold of the apartment you will be enchanted by the classic and refined living room, equipped with large windows with breathtaking views of the splendid Grand Canal, from which you can enjoy the calm and relaxing rhythm of the comings and goings of the gondolas and vaporetti. The living room, furnished with refined furniture and a touch of eccentricity, is equipped with comfortable sofas, a television and a large dining table. Hidden with a play of mirrors, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Each of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom (not en suite) equipped with all services and a comfortable and luxurious bathtub. The refined master bedroom has a large double bed and a decorated wooden chest of drawers; the second bedroom has two comfortable single beds and a wall mirrored wardrobe.
The accommodation offered is ideal for families with children or couples, who want to enjoy a few days in the splendid Venice starting to get to know it already comfortably seated in the living room.
