The apartment is on two levels: ground floor and first floor. Entering from the single door that overlooks the street you arrive in the living room, consisting of a sofa. On the same ground floor there is the kitchen, equipped with everything you need, with a dining table and chairs, an ante-bathroom with washing machine and a first bathroom with tub / shower; continuing you arrive at the garden, just arranged, ideal for enjoying a bit of peace after a day around the city on a spring day! From the living room you access the upper floor where we find the sleeping area consisting of the master bedroom, and a bedroom with two single beds and an adjacent bathroom (not equipped with a shower). On this floor there is air conditioning that “by gravity” also cools the ground floor.
