Equipped with a single entrance, the apartment is accessed directly from the street. On the ground floor we find the first of the two double bedrooms, tastefully decorated and equipped with the necessary comforts including a complete en suite bathroom.
Going up the first flight of stairs you reach the living area, an area with an open space kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, dining table and everything you need to feel at home: we also find a sofa and a television.
On the top floor we find the master bedroom, finely decorated and a little picturesque from which you access the en suite bathroom (not equipped with a bidet).

Late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euros from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euros from 22:30 to 24:00, 60 euros from 24:00 to 1:00. After 1:00 it is possible to check in with an ADDITIONAL cost of another 50€ every 30 minutes UP TO 2:00 A.M. AFTER 2:00 IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO CHECK IN EVEN IN THE EVENT OF SETBACKS.
For registration with the public security authorities, you will be asked for the identity document of each guest.
In the confirmation email you will be sent the details for check in.

The TOURIST TAX must be paid in cash upon arrival and is not included in the apartment reservation:
FULL PRICE: €4.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT. REDUCED PRICE: €2.00 PER PERSON BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS OF AGE PER NIGHT. FREE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS OF AGE.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out no later than 10:00. It is not possible to leave luggage in the apartment after 10:00.

CANCELLATION: Up to 8 days before arrival the penalty is equal to the booking deposit. If you cancel within 7 days before arrival the cancellation penalty will be the total amount of the booking.
