The apartment consists of a modern living room very bright and comfortable from which you access the outdoor space: a beautiful terrace from which you can admire the mountains on the clearest days! The kitchen is equipped with all the essential services (moka, stove, microwave, oven) and a table where you can have lunch in company.
The sleeping area is divided into two spacious double bedrooms with wardrobe. The bathroom is in the corridor. One room is used as a gym!

CHECK-IN: Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00.Â
Late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euros from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euros from 22:30 to 24:00, 60 euros from 24:00 to 1:00. After 1:00 it is possible to check in with an ADDITIONAL cost of another 50€ every 30 minutes UP TO 2:00 A.M. AFTER 2:00 IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO CHECK IN EVEN IN THE EVENT OF SETBACKS.
For registration with the public security authorities, you will be asked for the identity document of each guest.Â

The TOURIST TAX must be paid in cash upon arrival and is not included in the apartment reservation:Â
FULL PRICE: €4.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT. REDUCED PRICE: €2.00 PER PERSON BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS OF AGE PER NIGHT. FREE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS OF AGE.Â
CHECK-OUT: Check-out no later than 10:00. It is not possible to leave luggage in the apartment after 10:00.
CANCELLATION: Up to 8 days before arrival the penalty is equal to the booking deposit. If you cancel within 7 days before arrival the cancellation penalty will be the total amount of the booking.
