Ca’ Naviglio is a two-story property consisting of five beautiful bedrooms, each with its own unique style and its own private bathroom and a shared living area, all recently renovated.
On the ground floor we have the double bedrooms Vivaldi and Tiepolo, on the first floor the bright Marco Polo and Lord Byron and on the second floor the Casanova Family Suite for four guests, complete with private balcony.
The property is located in the lively and authentic area of Cannaregio. It is a 20-minute walk from the train station and a 1-minute walk from the Ca ‘D’Oro vaporetto station. Off the beaten track, but close to all the amenities in the area: in fact, it is located in Strada Nuova, the main street of Venice, where you can find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and is only a 10-minute walk from Rialto!

CHECK-IN: Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00.

Late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euros from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euros from 22:30 to 24:00, 60 euros from 24:00 to 1:00. After 1:00 it is possible to check in with an ADDITIONAL cost of another 50€ every 30 minutes UP TO 2:00 A.M. AFTER 2:00 IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO CHECK IN EVEN IN THE EVENT OF SETBACKS.
For registration with the public security authorities, you will be asked for the identity document of each guest.
In the confirmation email you will be sent the details for check in.
A late check-in after 19:00 is possible with an additional cost:

The TOURIST TAX must be paid in cash upon arrival and is not included in the apartment reservation:
FULL PRICE: €4.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT. REDUCED PRICE: €2.00 PER PERSON BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS OF AGE PER NIGHT. FREE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS OF AGE.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out no later than 10:00. It is not possible to leave luggage in the apartment after 10:00.

CANCELLATION: Up to 8 days before arrival the penalty is equal to the booking deposit. If you cancel within 7 days before arrival the cancellation penalty will be the total amount of the booking.
