Ca’ Superba is a comfortable and modern ground-to-sky apartment built on several levels. With an independent entrance, this wonderful block is located in Cannaregio, in a very quiet residential area. The apartment is composed as follows: double entrance on the ground floor consisting of a living room with a nice cozy sofa and TV, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to dine comfortably and the main bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is the double bedroom with TV, chest of drawers and wardrobe and second bathroom. On the second and last floor we find the double bedroom with two single beds. The accommodation is equipped with all the comforts necessary for a stay in Venice: wifi, kitchen utensils, microwave, oven, TV and air conditioning.

Late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euros from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euros from 22:30 to 24:00, 60 euros from 24:00 to 1:00. After 1:00 it is possible to check in with an ADDITIONAL cost of another 50€ every 30 minutes UP TO 2:00 A.M. AFTER 2:00 IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO CHECK IN EVEN IN THE EVENT OF SETBACKS.
For registration with the public security authorities, you will be asked for the identity document of each guest.
In the confirmation email you will be sent the details for check in.

The TOURIST TAX must be paid in cash upon arrival and is not included in the apartment reservation:
FULL PRICE: €4.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT. REDUCED PRICE: €2.00 PER PERSON BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS OF AGE PER NIGHT. FREE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS OF AGE.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out no later than 10:00. It is not possible to leave luggage in the apartment after 10:00.

CANCELLATION: Up to 8 days before arrival the penalty is equal to the booking deposit. If you cancel within 7 days before arrival the cancellation penalty will be the total amount of the booking.
