English: Casa Lia is a beautiful and spacious holiday home on three floors located in the “Sestiere Cannaregio” near the Grand Canal and the “Strada Nuova” where most of the historic buildings of Venice such as Ca’ D’Oro are located. This welcoming apartment is on three levels and consists of: the entrance on the ground floor with a sofa and the wooden stairs leading to the first floor where we find a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, cutlery, oven, stove, kettle, coffee machine); the main area which is the bright and tastefully furnished living room, with wooden floors and exposed beams on the ceiling, and where we find a comfortable sofa, a first television and the dining table, and the first bathroom with window and bathtub. On the second floor (in the attic) there are two large wooden double bedrooms with double beds and the last bathroom with window and shower adjacent to one of the bedrooms. The accommodation offered is suitable for families with children, couples, but also for travelers who want to enjoy a few days in the splendid Venice. Equipped with all the necessary services (air conditioning in the living room, moka, oven, wifi, kettle, television and washing machine) it can accommodate up to 4 people and is also provided with sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, shampoo and soaps based on the number of guests.
