Charming and cozy family home, recently renovated (February 2017), in one of the most quiet and traditional Sestieri of Venice, Cannaregio, near the ancient Ghetto. Original 18th century “Terra – Cielo” (“land-sky”) structure on three levels with wooden ceilings and exposed beams, Venetian floors and a beautiful terrace with breathtaking views over the city’s rooftops. Two bedrooms, both with double bed and their own en-suite bathroom (ground floor and first floor). Upstairs, under the roof, we find a beautiful open space living room / kitchen with direct access to the terrace and its splendid view of Venice, the ideal place for outdoor meals, fully equipped for breakfast, dinner and, of course, to enjoy the aperitif. Equipped with all the necessary amenities (air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, microwave, oven and kettle) it is the perfect accommodation for families and small groups of friends up to a maximum of 4 people.
The house is currently used by the owner and is only occasionally available for rent: it is elegantly furnished with historical pieces of the owner’s furniture and combines all the original charm of an ancient Venetian building with modern and contemporary taste and facilities.
