Residenza Riccardo, an apartment located in the beautiful Cannaregio district, is perfect for those who want to visit Venice in a location convenient to transport and above all quiet. Conveniently located on the first floor, it has a bright and modern living area with equipped kitchen, dining table, and living room with typical exposed beams; the bedroom is one: a spacious double bedroom with a large wardrobe where there is a TV (usable only with wifi). In the hallway we find the bathroom complete with shower, bidet, and washing machine. The accommodation is located a short distance from the main stations: the bus and train stations. Equipped with all the necessary services (air conditioning in the living room, heating, plates and cutlery, moka, oven, hairdryer and washing machine) it can accommodate up to 2 people and is also provided with sheets, blankets, pillow covers, towels, shampoo and soap based on the number of guests.

Late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euros from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euros from 22:30 to 24:00, 60 euros from 24:00 to 1:00. After 1:00 it is possible to check in with an ADDITIONAL cost of another 50€ every 30 minutes UP TO 2:00 A.M. AFTER 2:00 IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO CHECK IN EVEN IN THE EVENT OF SETBACKS.
For registration with the public security authorities, you will be asked for the identity document of each guest.
In the confirmation email you will be sent the details for check in.

FULL PRICE: €4.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT. REDUCED PRICE: €2.00 PER PERSON BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS OF AGE PER NIGHT. FREE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS OF AGE.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out no later than 10:00. It is not possible to leave luggage in the apartment after 10:00.

CANCELLATION: Up to 8 days before arrival the penalty is equal to the booking deposit. If you cancel within 7 days before arrival the cancellation penalty will be the total amount of the booking.
