San Leonardo is a sumptuous and comfortable modern apartment located on the third floor of a recently renovated Venetian building in the “Sestiere Cannaregio”, near the train station. Already entering the classic building where the apartment is located you will breathe an authentic Venetian atmosphere. Located on the third floor, you will have to climb the marble stairs, in fact as in most buildings in Venice, there is no elevator. It consists of a large entrance hall, a large and bright living area with refined furniture (fully furnished with sofas, air conditioning, television and dining table) and a kitchenette equipped with all the comforts for cooking. The three elegant and spacious bedrooms have double beds and each one has its own wardrobe. One of these has its own private bathroom with shower. There is also another complete bathroom. The accommodation offered is suitable for families with children, couples, but also for travelers who want to enjoy a few days in the splendid Venice. Equipped with all the necessary services (air conditioning in the living room, dishwasher, moka, oven, microwave, wifi, kettle and washing machine) it can accommodate up to 6 people and is also supplied with sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, shampoo and soap based on the number of guests.
