Sogno sull’Acqua is a beautiful apartment, recently renovated, located near the Arsenale of Venice where the famous Biennale of art and architecture is held. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor and is furnished in a modern style with designer furnishings and has a wonderful view of a typical Venetian canal and the Church of S. Martino. It consists of a large bright living room with sofas and TV, a kitchen with a peninsula where you can sip an aperitif and relax after spending the day exploring the wonders of Venice. The sleeping area consists of 3 finely furnished double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, wifi connection, washing machine, dishwasher, TV. Sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, shampoo and soaps are provided based on the number of guests.
